We’ve made getting your SE bike easier than ever. Choose a bike from our website and we’ll send the bike to your participating local SE dealer. Shipping and assembly are free! If the bike you want shows “out of stock,” contact your SE dealer, who may have the bike you want.


  • How does it work?

    • If your model is available locally, you can buy it online and pick it up at your SE retailer – if it’s already built, often within a day or two.
    • If the bike is not near you, we’ll ship it to the participating shop and they’ll build it for you, both at no charge and usually within 7-10 business days. When it’s ready, they will let you know!
    • Assembly is free?

      For sure!

    • Can I have the bike shipped to my home?

      No. We’ll only ship to participating SE dealers, where your bike will be built for you by professional mechanics.

    • How will I know when it’s ready to go?

      • If the bike is at your local retailer, you’ll get an email when it’s ready to be picked up. (If it’s already built, within a day or two; if not, allow 2-3 days.)
      • If it’s not at your local retailer but in our warehouse, you’ll get an email when it’s shipped and another when it’s built and ready – usually within 7-10 business days.
    • How do I pay?

      We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

    • Can I pay in-store for an online purchase?

      No. We’ve streamlined the process so you can do it from a comfy chair.

    • When will my purchase be charged to me?

      The full amount will be charged at checkout.

    • Can I order parts and accessories and have them delivered with my bike?

      Yes.

    • Are online orders safe?

      Totally. We use the latest in electronic fraud protection, so your order is secure. And neither SE nor our participating retailers store your credit card information.

    • What will I need to show to pick up my bike?

      Bring a copy of your purchase confirmation email and a photo I.D.

    • Is my order confirmation email considered an official receipt?

      Yes.

    • What if I want to return my bike?

      Your participating SE dealer will process the return for you. The bike must be in brand new condition and unridden to process a return.
